Most Indian loan websites make their revenue by selling your personal data — your phone number, income details, and financial aspirations — to third-party call centers and marketing networks. Sanction was built on the opposite principle. Our entire advisory model is built on the fact that your data stays exclusively within our advisory desk. This is not just a compliance statement — it is our commercial commitment, and the reason we exist.
To construct a structured institutional credit file on your behalf, Sanction collects only the information necessary to represent your loan application professionally: personal identity records (Name, PAN Card, Aadhaar, mobile number, email address), financial income documentation (last 2–3 years ITR with computation, Form 16, salary slips, audited balance sheets, GST GSTR-3B returns), banking records (6–12 months primary account statements), and for secured loans, property ownership documents (Title deed, approved map, mutation entries, Encumbrance Certificate). All information is collected voluntarily with your explicit consent.
Sanction maintains a Zero-Spam Data Vault as the central operational principle of our firm. Your personal contact information, income documents, and financial records will never be sold, rented, licensed, or shared with: third-party telemarketing companies, external DSA lead networks, loan aggregator platforms, insurance brokers, or any other unrelated commercial entity. Your data is used for one purpose only — structuring and submitting your loan file to the specific empaneled banking institution you authorize, and managing your file through to disbursal.
Every document you share with Sanction — PAN, Aadhaar, ITRs, bank statements, property deeds — is transmitted over 256-bit SSL-encrypted channels and stored in access-controlled, password-protected internal environments. Documents are watermarked before bank submission to prevent unauthorized duplication. Access is restricted strictly to the senior credit analyst managing your file and the authorized relationship manager at the empaneled bank — on a strict need-to-know basis. Sanction's data handling practices are aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
You hold full rights over your personal and financial data at all times. Upon request, Sanction will: (a) provide a complete record of what data we hold about you within 48 hours, (b) correct any inaccurate information within 3 business days, and (c) permanently delete all records associated with your advisory engagement within 7 business days of a verified written deletion request — whether upon loan disbursal completion, disengagement, or at any time during the advisory process. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@sanction.co.in or call our advisory desk directly.
